Shipping policy
- All orders within the United States are shipped at no additional cost to the customer
- Currently, we ship domestic only, to the 50 United States
- All Art is shipped by carriers UPS or USPS Priority Mail at our discretion. If you have restrictions in your area with one or the other, please notify us by email at marla@fiercebirdstudio.com
- Orders CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes
- Orders only ship on business days, that is Monday-Friday
- Please allow 2-3 business days from date of order for handling.
- Processing your order, which includes printing (if applicable), packaging and shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days, and during holiday seasons, it could be between 5-10 business days.
- Shipping duration times are ultimately up to the carrier.
If you receive a damaged item, please immediately, within 48 hours of receipt, contact me at marla@fiercebirdstudio.com to be eligible for a return. Please include in the email a picture of the damaged item as it was received. Please contact us as requested before returning the art so we can evaluate and make the decision together. Any artwork returned without the requested notification may be ineligible for refund. Please refer to our RETURN/REFUND Policy for more information.
