Refund policy
We have a 10-calendar day return policy, which means you have 10 calendar days from date of receipt of your item to request a return.
BEFORE you return art, please contact us at marla@fiercebirdstudio.com, noting ‘RETURN REQUEST” in the subject field, so we can discuss the specifics and make the decision together. Any artwork returned without the requested notification may be ineligible for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible to ship the item back to Fiercebirdstudio, 1083 Old Appalachian Trail, Fancy Gap VA 24328 in a manner acceptable for shipment of art; in like manner as it was shipped to you.
Damages and issues
Please immediately inspect your art piece upon receipt and if the artwork is damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately by email at marla@fiercebirdstudio.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We don’t offer direct Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
